Have you always wondered what it takes to enter a quilt into a show?  Join us for a member panel discussion and video.  Bring on the questions!   Following the presentation, wander from station to station to see hands on demos of all things related to entering your quilt into a show.

Quilt Show Prep is the focus of January's Quilt Guild meeting.

If you plan on entering a quilt in the 2025 show (or any show in the future), we have planned a can't miss event for you! 

We will be joined by three local experts - Cecilia Brannon, Jackie Ruffing, and Marilyn Hardy to share with us all the details you'll need to prepare for the quilt show. We will cover frequently asked questions, including terminology on the entry form and what to expect when dropping off your quilt in March. 

After the session, we'll move to the lobby, where you can visit tables that host the following topics:
- How to make and place your quilt sleeve with Jackie Ruffing
- Binding Q&A with Marylin Hardy
- Entry form questions with Cecilia Brannon
- Entry form submissions with Susan Webber
- Photo station with Deborah Monroe (Bring Your Quilt Tops!)
- Volunteer sign up for the Quilt Show with Sherry Gary 
- Raffle ticket sign-out with Cindy Newland
- Roll the dice challenge sign-ups with Jamie Marquez-Bratcher
