Sharon Wilhelm - Panels to Quilts - Setting Solutions
Sharon is an award-winning quilter, teacher and entrepreneur, successfully running Country Collectibles and Sharon's Quilt Depot retail stores. After retiring from the retail business, Sharon became the co-owner of Quilt Ideas with her husband Loren. Sharon runs the Quilt Ideas pattern division and designs the blocks of the month, single patterns, punch needle, embroidery patterns and coloring on fabric. She also creates quilting designs for Loren to make out of wood. Sharon loves to teach anything pertaining to quilting, loves helping quilters put together colors for new quilts, and loves to make quilts to give to various community service agencies.
As lovers of panels, we will show you some simple settings and some creative settings. We can use them for gifts, bags, aprons, books and wall hangings. Use some simple quilt blocks for sashing and borders. All these can be made into a quick gift.
